Stick n' Puck

Youth players can scrimmage cross-rink during these sessions. Parents, coaches, and kids welcome. Full equipment is required for those 18 and under.

 


Rules

Players under 18 must be in full gear for a Stick and Puck Session. 

Players 18 and over must have helmet, gloves, & skates.

All times are subject to change by the general manager

Helmets must be worn at all times this includes instructors

No FIGHTING. Automatic Suspension from 140 Ice Den


What To Do During Stick n' Puck

Stick and Puck is a great time for students and players to practice the skills. This is the time to have fun and work on what you want. Some simple suggestions:

Perfecting your shot

Stick Handling

Youth hockey training

Working on your passes

Sharpening your goaltending skills

Vacation Days

On days off of school, 140 Ice Den always offers additional Stick and Puck ice times. Be sure to check our calendar for dates and times. We monitor the surrounding school districts’ calendars to make sure we have several sessions on your days off.
